In the constifutional provision that full faith and credit shall be given in each state to the public acts, records, and judicial proceedings of every other state, this phrase means that a judgment or record shall have the same faith, credit, conclusive effect, and obligatory force in other states as it has by law or usage in the state from whence taken.
