  5. In Re Circle J Dairy, Inc. (1989)

    The court has before it the appeal taken by the debtor-in-possession and two unsecured creditors, First National Bank of Fayetteville (FNB) and Agristor Leasing. Appellants object to the ruling of the Honorable James G. Mixon, United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Western District of Arkansas, on October 13, 1988, which allowed the claim of Dairy Farm Leasing, Inc.   6. Blanscet v. Ribicoff (1962)

    This is an action by the plaintiff, Edward L. Blanscet, to review a final decision of the defendant Secretary, denying the plaintiff's application for a period of disability and disability benefits, as authorized by the Social Security Act, as amended, 42 U.S.C.A. §§ 416(i), 423.   12. Norton v. Blaylock (1968)

    In July 1967, plaintiff, Mrs. Ruth Norton, was discharged from her position as head of the Newton County office of the Arkansas State Department of Welfare. On March 9, 1968, she commenced this action in this Court against Len Blaylock, Commissioner and administrative head of the State Department, and against the members of the Newton County Board of Public Welfare, seeking reinstatement with back pay.

  13. MFA Mutual Insurance Company v. Mullin (1957)

    This declaratory judgment action was tried to the Court without a jury on August 28, 1957. At the conclusion of the trial the case was taken under advisement by the Court pending the preparation of a transcript of the evidence by the Court Reporter and the submission of briefs by the parties. The briefs have been received, and the Court, having considered the pleadings, evidence, and briefs of the parties, now makes and files herein its Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law, separately stated.

  14. Bradley v. Bowen (1987)

    This is a petition for judicial review under 42 U.S.C. § 405(g) of the final decision of the Secretary of Health and Human Services.   18. Union Ins. Co. v. the Knife Co., Inc. (1995)

    This declaratory judgment action was filed by Union Insurance Company to determine whether it has a duty to defend its insured, The Knife Company, from a suit filed in the Eastern District of Tennessee, styled Tennessee River Valley Knife Association, Inc. v. A.G. Russell, Inc., Case No. 1:94-CV-230. In that suit, the plaintiff, Tennessee River Valley Knife Association, alleges that the insured infringed its trademark.

  19. Hillhouse v. Harris (1982)

    Cross-motions for summary judgment are now before the Court in this social security disability case. On January 22, 1981, this Court remanded the case so that the Secretary could consider plaintiff's allegations of disabling back pain and make credibility findings.     As originally filed on December 12, 1957, this case was one by International Aircraft Maintenance Co., a California corporation, and Air Leases, Inc., a Nevada corporation, against Orion Air Transport, Inc., an Arkansas corporation, the First National Bank of Fort Smith, Arkansas, and a number of individuals, citizens and residents of Arkansas, including the present defendant, William A. Baker.
