    This case was brought by plaintiffs Frank and Louise Beattie against defendants D.M. Collections, Inc. and K.M. DeLacy for violations of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, 15 U.S.C.A. §§ 1692 et seq. ("FDCPA").
