  1. Fenton v. Citizens Savings Association (1975)

    This is an action brought on November 8, 1973, in which plaintiffs, E. Dale Fenton and Wanda Fenton charge defendant, Citizens Savings Association (Citizens) with having violated certain provisions of the Truth In Lending Act, 15 U.S.C. ยง 1601 et seq. and Regulation Z issued pursuant thereto by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System.[1] Plaintiffs seek damages and reasonable attorney fees.
