    The matter before the court is the final trial of Cecelia Hawkins' complaint to determine the dischargeability of her student loan obligation to Illinois Student Assistance Commission (ISAC).     This case is before the court upon the "Application for Determination of Secured Claim of Metropolitan Life Insurance Company Pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 506" filed by the first mortgagee lienholder on February 11, 1986.
